HOW DO I GET TO MACARTHUR?

MacArthur is a peaceful municipality located in the eastern part of Leyte province. Getting there is relatively easy through the nearby cities and towns.

• By Land: From Tacloban or Palo, you can take a van or bus bound for Abuyog, Baybay, or Maasin, and ask to be dropped off at MacArthur junction. From the junction, local tricycles or habal-habal (motorbike taxis) can take you to the town proper or nearby barangays.

• From Southern Leyte: If coming from Sogod or Baybay, buses and vans also travel northward, passing through nearby towns like Abuyog and Javier before reaching MacArthur.
